Different procedural methods can occur in individuals with gender dysphoria to guide their transition to their identified gender, including medical aesthetic treatments. In this case report, we discuss the medical aesthetic needs related to the patient, along with therapeutic and procedural medical treatments for feminine gender affirmation. As phisicians we play an important role for these patients while they realize their identity, according to the minimally invasive aesthetic procedures, and reach selfconfidence improving their quality of life. There are many different facial structures to define from male to female, and this represents an aesthetic challenge from a structural standpoint.
