L’innovazione della Chac Technology: cosa significa dal punto di vista clinico il “rebalancing effect” Patrice Delobel

Not only chronological aging but also unfavourable external factors (UV, oxidants, stress, pollutants, smoke, unhealthy diet etc.) are at the origin of an alteration of skin quality and other blemishes that will progress over time. Whatever the issue that the patients can face, skin alterations are due to a loss in the balance and levels of extracellular matrix components (ECM) such as hyaluronic acid and collagen, a reduction in the metabolic activity of skin cells, notably fibroblasts, keratinocytes, melanocytes and adipocytes together with an increased oxidative stress. Indeed, with ageing and the increasing weight of external factors, the altered skin cells metabolism leads to a reduction in the neosynthesis of ECM components but also an increase in their degradation. To recreate physiological conditions for the skin, the patented CHAC technology was created and allow the integration within supramolecular complexes of High Molecular Weight Hyaluronic Acid (HMW-HA) of essential nutrients to the skin to fight against the effect of ageing. The author will first describe how this cutting-edge technology, with the use of HMW-HA under shear deformation, will mechanically allow (without the use of any chemical reagents) to integrate & stabilize essential nutrients (amino acids, peptides, vitamins & oligo-elements) ensuring their gradual and optimal release into the skin for greater and longer clinical results. Then, with simple mechanism of action schemes, the author will explain how 4 highly customized formula will specifically act at different layers of the skin (epidermis, dermis & hypodermis), recreating physiological conditions that lead to clinical advantages for patients that distinguish them for other injectables solutions.
